A cookie exchange but with Podcasts

Are we too close to the end of the holidays to mention a cookie exchange? Well, I’m only using it metaphorically, so I think we’re okay.
I am passionate about podcasts. I listen to them while doing my morning miles, nightly ritual, cooking dinner, taking showers – constantly. From true crime docuseries to mindset work, entrepreneurship, relationships, I love it all.
I thought it would be fun to share our favorite podcasts.
I’ll list five of my favorite podcasts and tell a little about each one.
Then you put your five favorites (more or less) in the comments along with a little descriptor.
Hopefully our sharing results in lots of new podcasts for us to enjoy – all without the cookie calories!
My five (for now) favorite podcasts: All of my podcasts can be found wherever you listen to your podcasts, definitely Apple Podcasts.

Heavyweight:
Heavyweight is a Gimlet Media podcast created and produced by the oh-so-funny and clever Jonathan Goldstein where he helps people try to resolve a moment from their past that they wish they could change. I love this podcast and can’t wait for more episodes.

No Stupid Questions:
Stephen Dubner (co-author of the Freakonomics book series and co-host of the Freakonomics podcast, which I also love) and research psychologist Angela Duckworth (author of Grit) really like to ask people questions and came to believe there’s no such thing as a stupid one. A Sticher podcast, I like the easy banter of these two and I always learn something. It’s easy, fun, and educational at the same time.

Business Schooled:
I have either owned my own businesses or worked for myself most of my life. So, to say I’m crazy for entrepreneurship would be an understatement. Needless to say, I’m going to check out pretty much anything that can make my journey or another small business owners’ journey easier and this podcast checks that box beautifully.
Business Schooled is a podcast by Synchrony. For Season 2, business co-founder and investor Soraya Darabi is the host. She hits the road to get “schooled” by eight entrepreneurs who've graduated from their early start-up days and hit new levels of success.
But don’t sleep on Season 1 either. Hosted by Alexis Ohanian (co-founder of Reddit, married to tennis star, Serena Williams,) he interviews veteran companies that realistically and honestly share what it takes to be successful.

To Live and Die in L.A.:
A Tenderfoot podcast. In Feb 2018, an aspiring actress vanished from her Hollywood apartment. Rolling Stone journalist Neil Strauss was asked to help the family get answers. Together, they found them...sometimes at great personal risk. Lover of true crime? You’ll get into this one.

And finally, there’s Lean with Plants. I found the host Chelsea Cullen first on YouTube. She’s a plant-based, New Zealand-born mom of 2 little girls. Even though I’m far from plant-based, I love her science-based, weight control content and easy delivery style.
I’m just becoming acquainted with her podcast but what I’ve listened to, I love. By the way, you certainly don’t need to be totally plant-based to reap the benefits of her content. Just good healthy info.
Ok. That's my five favorite. Your turn. And it goes without saying that even if you’re reading this way past the holidays, don’t let that stop you from sharing!
